Artifacts with heart & soul

WACH designstudio is René Wach and his international network of dedicated craftsmen, producers and professionals.

For René design is a process of fusing mind-sets and techniques of design, craft and art and to break with conventional restrictions of classic design. Central to his approach is the goal to establish a dialogue between material and process and to create results of depth that reflect upon their process of making. Learning, unlearning and relearning is René’s method of choice to keep a comprehensive perspective and to meet his constant ambition to craft results that are not low cost / no value.

His field of work covers design, photography and film and allows for comprehensive cross-media projects.
